Privacy Policy

Codificium Corporation operates and secures the One Pigeon Clocking platform. Participating pigeon-racing clubs manage the membership and race information they submit. Depending on the activity, your club and Codificium Corporation may each determine how information is used to provide the service and comply with applicable requirements.

• Identity and membership information, including name, mobile number or email, member number, club, loft name, address, sector, and account status.
• Manually entered loft coordinates and club-managed release-point coordinates used to calculate race distance and speed.
• Pigeon and race records, including ring numbers, band assignments, enrollments, server-recorded arrivals, speed, rank, race results, failed clock attempts, and recovery evidence.
• Account and transaction records, including password hashes, wallet balance activity, append-only points-ledger entries, top-up requests and proof images, prices, forecasts, and training records.
• Optional images that you choose to upload, such as a profile photo, loft banner, top-up proof, or report evidence.
• Security and technical information, including network address, authentication events, audit records, device and app information, and diagnostic records needed to prevent abuse and investigate errors.

We receive information directly from you, from authorized club staff, and automatically from the app or server when you sign in or use a feature.

• Verify identity, account access, club membership, and role permissions.
• Operate pigeon enrollment, band pairing, clocking, race administration, rankings, official results, forecasts, training, and notifications.
• Calculate race distance and speed using saved loft and release-point coordinates.
• Maintain wallet and points-ledger records, review top-up requests, and show configured prices before paid actions.
• Detect fraud, protect scratch codes and race integrity, investigate failed attempts, resolve reports, and preserve audit evidence.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the platform, and comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

Processing may be necessary to provide the requested service, perform club membership and race operations, protect users and the platform, comply with law, or carry out activities you have consented to, such as an optional image upload.

One Pigeon does not use live or background location tracking. Loft and release-point coordinates are entered and saved for race-distance computation. Camera access is used to scan band barcodes and to select or capture an image only when you choose a feature that needs one. The Android app does not request microphone access.

• Authorized Club Admins and Encoders may access records required for their own club responsibilities. Tenant controls are used to separate one club from another.
• Platform administrators may access information when needed to operate, secure, audit, and support the service.
• Hosting, storage, email, monitoring, and other infrastructure providers may process limited information under service and confidentiality obligations.
• Information may be disclosed when required by law, legal process, or a valid request from a competent authority, or when necessary to protect rights, safety, and platform integrity.

We do not sell personal information and do not use personal information for third-party advertising.

Information is retained for as long as an account, club relationship, race operation, or requested service remains active, and afterward for the period reasonably needed for race history, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backup recovery, and legal obligations. Confirmed clock-ins, official race records, audit entries, and points-ledger entries may need to be preserved because they protect race and transaction integrity. Optional content may be removed when the feature permits, subject to backup cycles and legitimate retention requirements.

We use access controls, club isolation, encrypted network connections, password hashing, private object storage, audit logging, server-issued race timestamps, and restricted administrative access. No system can guarantee absolute security, but we review safeguards and limit access according to operational roles.

Subject to the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and other applicable law, you may request information about processing, access or correction, object to certain processing, withdraw consent where consent is the basis, request erasure or blocking when available, request data portability where applicable, and lodge a complaint.

Contact your Club Admin for club-managed membership or race information, or email us for a platform privacy request. We may need to verify your identity and retain records that are required for security, race integrity, transactions, disputes, or law. You may also contact the Philippine National Privacy Commission.

The service is intended for authorized pigeon-racing club participants and staff, not for children under 13. A club that enrolls a minor must have appropriate authority and provide required notices or obtain consent from a parent or guardian under applicable law. Contact us if you believe a child's information was submitted without proper authority.

Infrastructure providers may process or store information outside the Philippines. Where this occurs, we use service arrangements and safeguards intended to protect information consistently with this notice and applicable requirements.

We may update this notice when the service, legal requirements, or data practices change. The current version will remain available at this URL with its effective date. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate app, account, or club channel when required.
